So the alleged New Company has no phones?

I tried e-mailing and calling the company and nothing. I did receive a response a week ago via e-mail (very vague) but I just tried to call the company and no one is answering! Not a good sign!

Well i guess if its alleged they don't need to stay current then maybe they don't to answer phones either? :( Oh boy

Although the Share structure looks pretty good, IMO it doesn't look good if its true they aren't responding to you :(
