I think the local stations are picking up the same story (all of these have been on local NBC affiliates) and doing their own voice overs on it.
(Privately-held companies aren't bound by SEC standards such as public companies have, especially those in quiet periods.) Nice of them to do the heavy lifting in educating the masses about one aspect of the sector (comparison shopping.) and should the case be decided by a jury, versus a settlement, and they lose they will be hit with some severe (i.e. significant enough to affect whether they can afford to keep the doors "open") treble damages IMO, for wilfully violating NEOM IP.
