mayu--I can also relate. I have Direcway Satellite ISP and
to get their tech. dept. to transfer my call to advanced tech
(here in the USA), I had to tell them Ghandi was a fag and I
was going to have Pakistan nuke them!! I finally got transferred and got my answers. Starband is equally as bad.
