Nothing truly tangible to report on the regulatory front (FDA, CFDA).

Until that happens you won't see any SUSTAINED upward movement of the stock price.

I think the sell-off has to do with the law firm trying to get a firmer footing for their law sui they are threatening against Clsn. It is amazing with what Novartis has done they are not talking about suing them. This has to do with a small company finding food technology to possibly help in the fight against cancer with something that won't cost $500,00 per treatment.

Hope they are immensely successful. I bought more because I think this stock is going to move quickly to $4 to $5.
