Point is......no one knows for certain what happened here.

Nonsense. Shareholders desperate to believe they aren't getting screwed don't know for certain because they are in denial. What happened is 100% clear. They filed an amendment on 8/9 to change the a/s to unlimited and on 8/9 it was changed to unlimited. Where's the confusion? Where's the grey area? Where's the viable alternative explanation, since nobody files an amendment "by mistake" and the a/s doesn't change without an amendment?

Someone responded from the company that it was a mistake.

"Someone" from a non-reporting pink sheet company said something on Facebook and it's more trustworthy than an official listing at the secretary of state of wyoming?

Do what you want, boss. They lost the benefit of the doubt years ago for anyone who's been paying attention.

If another amendment shows up and it changes back to something other than unlimited on the same day, what are you going to say then? Maybe they actually meant to file a frivolous amendment that didn't change the A/S but accidentally checked off the 'change a/s' box and wrote in "unlimited" for the number, by accident?
