Big boards with news are OK to trade, but the news is baked into the PPS in pre-market and after-hours trading so if you only trade during regular hours, there is no early mover opportunity. Most big board tickers have a large following - with OTC tickers, on the other hand, there can be a delay before the news is fully reflected in the PPS.
