Where does my info come from? Through years investing in junior deals like this. Oil deals rarely hit the first hole. You need a lot of cash on hand because if you miss the first hole you are done without it. Moreover with this deal you can easily see things havent gone well. They were suppose to be done drilling almost two weeks ago! The fact nothing has been announced is a big tell

Its a nail in the coffin because if they miss they will have a big debt to pay and if they are going to drill another hole who will trust loaning them more money? Nobody

These deals only work when a new company raises 50 to 100 mil cash before drilling a hole. That way if they miss their first 3 wells they still have cash to play with
