None of this matters when a company has no business. What is the point if MPIX can't generate any money? Heck, MPIX hasn't even generated a penny in revenues. Who cares if MPIX or any other company is current when revenues are $0? Peeps can talk about financials being current, an attorney letter, management, etc etc but its all meaningless when a company has no business, has only posted losses every year since inception, and has accumulated a shareholder deficit of over $16 million over the years....and still $0 in revenues.
