Does "raise capital from an institutional investor" mean diluting us to death (even more) with toxic debt to pay their salaries?

Or does it mean that the institutional investor wants part ownership in order to finance operations?

Or something else?

Investing102, the Chilean unit is never been paid, see my post 7806. (that is bad news, so that is maybe the reason because it never been told, companies never like bad news).
