I am a degreed petroleum engineer and thought this play may have some juice but after Keith split and abandoned the corp, I bought the remaining files, etc from the field office in KS and have gone thru all the documents.
While Keith professed to be "fourth" generation oil man I can personally say he was a piker, little natural oil ability and absolutely no technical capabilities (IMO).
He was over his head buying run down leases and even cleaning the operations up and squeezing a few barrels more out of an old lease before he found a bigger sucker. BTW, I've met lots like him, he is the typical con-man oil baron.
If we would have been involved in the Bakken, he would have been so far over his head he would have to stick his head up his arse and peek out through his nostrils to see day light.
He stole all the assets and raised a few bucks by selling everything he could scrounge to Red Cloud Energy, then disappeared, we think to England where he no doubt is running another scam, it is his M.O.
