Well I did finally google them and see that they have been around only a few years and like to brag about their few success' ..... they don't impress me at all.......

Here is a simple formula I like to use to check out possible short plays - if the company is "mature" and not a "newbie" with lots of possible growth potential, then If they have $10billion or more of mrkt cap and are selling for more that 10 X's sales, they are a candidate for me to look further into possibly shorting. AMT no longer fits this criteria for me. Shorting - while often is very lucrative - is more risky than going long and folks should use extreme caution when doing it - and never try to make yourself "right" by increasing a short position that is losing ..... as they appear to be doing ......
