EXLA is a very obvious pump and dump. Just a continuation of Alto, which was suspended by the SEC and is now worthless. So, the management just moved the Excelsior "Mine" over to EXLA and started the scam again.

The BLM and a Federal Judge already declared the mine to be worthless. Which it is, and which is why it is only good for use in a pump and dump.
