I think it's a chicken/egg kind of dynamic at work there. If we get the news during our trading session, they tend to match our price, and for the most part the reverse is also true.
The upside of the trading in Germany today gapping right up to our price is that even after having the entire weekend to digest the news, they agreed that it was worth the move.
The agreed upon consensus now spans two continents instead of just one.
