Sure spin it as a positive after they increase the AS by 2 BILLION! Before they increase the A/S people were saying they doubt there will be an A/S increase because it's not needed or does not make sense due to all the "positives". Yet, after they increase the A/S, those same people are saying it was exactly as expected. Can you honestly say you expected 2 Billion increase?
