If this stock is chilled, I would first ask the CEO who the Attorney is working to get the chill lifted. If he doesn't provide a firm, or just names some fly by night ambulance chaser, expect the chill to remain.

Anyone else claiming he can secure DTC eligibility or remove a DTC Chill is unqualified to do so."
