I think it was some large blocks of stock that were sold over time...it drove it down...question is ,,,When to buy?

Agree. Not enough shares were traded to take this down to an .002 level, especially when you look at the o/s share count and how low it actually was on May 19th. Even if it happens to be dilution and we are dealing with 150 million o/shares now, that market cap is still unreasonably low. Just today alone only traded 623k shares. That's not much dollar volume when you calculate it. Looks bad on paper but that's all. Interesting stock. A "must watch" imo

AQUM time to go up and push this, I am there extreme low float here any pressure and we will be rewarded big imo
