The Judge's order filed on 7/25/13 isn't available without visiting the courthouse or payment by mail. 4 pages is an awful long basic dismissal.

Maybe the order is favorable for the defendant, or maybe it's not, or maybe it provides certain stipulations concerning the issues.

In the meantime, without reading the Judge's order, any other speculation isn't worth two cents.

GTGP Blowing Money On Foreclosure Proceedings Is OK?...

Face it, any way sliced, GTGP-HQ foreclosure ain't good.
Regardless of the outcome, even if dismissed or not.
JF spent significant time/money/effort to try saving GTGP-HQ.
Lots of bid submittal time/effort lost while in court.
Seems well off the beaten path to GTGP shareholder value.

Interesting - CF no longer listed as a GTGP officer.
(Sunbiz latest 2013 GTGP filing indicates such)
CF quit? Maybe getting divorced (Unknown Spouse???)?
GTGP's 8K noting no, "Mrs. Fallacaro," voting sounds good.
JF should have mentioned CF's numerous AKA's.
Maybe CF votes using an alias besides, "Mrs. Fallacaro."
With GTGP always being vague, who knows? Far fetched? Maybe.
But so was on-going periodic court costs to save GTGP-HQ.

These GTGP antics provide great entertainment.
Yet another zero volume day after "good" news.
