I believe after a certain period of time you may request to have it removed. Especially if the charges are dropped or dismissed. He's allegedly laying low and trying to run his scam on other people and companies, but I think the cat's out of the bag on this guy. He has too many people that know his MO and will call it out loud and clear if he has any involvement in a deal, whether it be through his girlfriend or family members.
