Speaking for myself every time I buy a stock it is with the intention to hold long term,It is the uncontrollable events that take place that dictates whether to hold or sell,The dividend should keep folks interested in this one.

I'll let the longs answer that, but I will say it is much more an investment than a lot of the pennies I've looked at.

EPAZ is solid short-term, mid, and Long.

From a short term perspective. You can typically buy shares on a dip and flip for a couple hundred $$$ within a few days (If played right).
A Mid term play is a no-brainer. If you buy shares now, you will receive dividend shares worth .01+ 25 trading days from now just for being around = Instant gains. It's like receiving Obama Money -lol
Long-Term, the company continues to increase revenues and assets every year. With the transition to a holdings company you can be sure to see more dividends in the future as well.

With the dividend date a little over a month away I predict that cheap shares (under .0015) are going to be increasingly difficult to load up on. There will be a lot of profit takers in the 2s, if this breaks out into the 3s MMs will no longer run the show, and with this low-floater there's no telling where it will top out at.

Investment - bright future, spin-off's and more acquisitions, this CEO is all about revenue and personally I think he is starting to shift more attention to his shareholders and creating value for us.
