As shareholders we should all be concerned with what is said about our company. If a barrage of negative comments are successful in depressing the share price, it can have real world consequences. If it is necessary to raise capital thru the sale of stock, the cost of that capital is directly tied to the stock price. The more shares that must be sold for a given capital raise the greater is the dilution of our ownership. No one can argue that the Seeking Alpha article, filled with its lies, didn't damaged our company. Like you Vraiment, I believe that when uncertainty is high a penny stock with unsophisticated investors can be successfully beaten down. I began posting for that reason. I would like to think we have made a difference.
