Section 11.2 is part of the "Term and Termination" section of that specific agreement, which itself covers specific subject matter (it is a "GOLF CENTER SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT").


That provision certainly doesn't have anything to do with a merger, or any other transaction with anyone other than the parties to that agreement.

What are you attempting to imply, some secret merger?

It's probably the annual renewal rate.
