Very true and all kinds of time frames such as 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc, etc for different events have to be adhered to! They just can't come out and say..."oh by the way your up for auction in 2 weeks"! I was a realtor before and I completely understand the legality of foreclosures (residential and commercial) and the rights of the owners.;-)!
proof has been provided that TCA already Filed Formal Notification of Foreclosure & their is NO disputing that they legally own the note & the note is in default & has been for some time
