I did the math using the formula in the 8-K, and used 260000000 A/S and came up with 2%. This was just pay for services rendered so far. If you were to figure it with 155000000 shares it wouldn't be close to control. If my math is wrong somebody correct me.

Right! Best thing that could've happened for BRZG! The old management that ran it down have NO voting rights anymore! The guy that brought it current and completed an acquisition, now controls the company. Great News!!!
