Mgrego I agree 100% with this statement:

I'll say this, with the increase (triple the A/S), I now assume the company is in discussions to obtain the necessary distribution channels to move all its product lines.

Knew the A/S increase was coming.

I check the filing site every day. Today is the first time I saw the filing posted for this monstrous A/S increase. Many, if not the majority of current shareholders, probably don't know about it yet unless they read this board or check the filings daily.
