That is true. But, at the 70 level days back there was noone that was holding that was down. Many were up 100-200% from the 20's and 30's level. The problem is many believed in the APS emails stating the pps would see $1.00 and that is a tactic they use in their promos and one noone should believe. So many had nice gains and let those gains go by holding tight which with a promo shouldn't be done especially at the pps peak and 3 months into the promo.
