As far as LEGAL FEES are concerned it is present revenue that determines not only sale value but also the legal arrangement for fees - Future expectation of revenue is not relevant. You may not have knowledge about the way law firms operate. Though now retired, I have practiced law for a number of years and may have a bit more knowledge in this arena. Best to you Parents
