does it seem logical to drive out of your way to save a few pennies? People do it all the time.

But you cant see or understand Kim needing $2M and not wanting to put out more than 25M shares?

He would need a .08 PPS to do that. When a quiet period happens and the PPS drops to .07 he will have to dilute 15% more.

Kim does not want to spend more than he needs to just like my wife shopping around for a good deal on clothing.
