If Kim went into an S-1 based quiet period on the 16th, right after the production PR, 30 days would be up on next Monday. That would mean we could see a PR tuesday. I hope he did under this scenario.

Not quite.
We could at the earliest see an S-1 filing on Tuesday, then he would need to wait for its approval before issuing a PR.
