Hi fast,

I sent Ben an email this morning. He has always responded the same day, except for a few times.

Twice he responded four or five days later, since several PR'S came out during that time. He told me that he was quite busy and had fallen behind in his emails.

Therefore, if I do not hear from him for a few more days, I will assume he is busy. After five days, I will give him a call....
