That appears to be the case unfortunately. I am really starting to think that the company knew all along that the release was another year off and the reason they did the offering was to insure they had enough money to run the operations of the company until Abbott started sales. The stock price is indicative of a later launch as well. The institutions would be buying boatloads here at these prices if anything were imminent. What is disturbing is the possibility that the company was well aware and did not tell the shareholders. And will we be the victims of another offering in December? Ive been in this stock for 3 plus years and now I am really concerned. The institutions should not have more information than the shareholders. The carrot on the stick is moldy.
