You act as if he isn't going back to the bank. I think it's pretty clear. The PPS was dropping from the long period of silence, and he needed to step in to stop it. Maybe the deal with the bank was some how related the PPS. The drop may have lost him leverage. I doubt he just decided that CSC was a better way to go. I am confidant he will pursue the bank again very soon. If he is not already doing so at this very moment.
