Yea I guess. Guess mortgage rate would go up. So what I'm getting is since there are so many options going around in the senate for what to do with both companies, it's going to take a long while until something is finalized. Which sucks because I'd like this thing relisted, but that won't happen under c-ship. So the fact that it will take awhile, means c-ship probably won't be ending anytime soon :(
