Jesus, I only thought the OTC was capable of such a blatant scam. I am lucky I don't hold much, b/c this basically means the company pumped their shares prior to a secondary offering and then announced the offering would be 50% of the closing price - definitely not good. Now the AHs trading makes sense - someone had a heads up on this one. Brutal stuff. I will short it tomorrow.
