jon - I am going to try and call Ali again regarding the filing. The way the 8k is worded the old fiscal year ends with June 30 but then they go on to say the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013 will be filed on a 10k. I am hoping that doesn't mean we have to wait until Sept 30 for a new filing. Not sure if I will be able to get ahold of Ali but I will try.
