You aren't making any sense to me. The Term " CAPITAL TRUST SECURITIES " means that the CAPITAL is in the TRUST. The Value of the CTS is ownership of its corresponding SUB NOTE - which is held in the BNY MELLON TRUST.

The CTS are contractually linked to the SUB NOTES in the TRUST and each CTS shares the same
face value, interest rate, issuance and expiry date as its corresponding SUB NOTE held in the BNY Mellon Trust.
