that might be why the N's (which have the lowest OS) are not uplisted so far... they don't have the min. requirements for uplisting yet:

At least 30 Shareholders with free trading shares
At least 250,000 free trading shares

Stock is fine....This is the same issue as was addressed before with the company's move from OTCBB to OTC Link.
