I would think that BD would help with the finances if the technology is truly remarkable. They wouldn't let the company crumble if there was something valuable for them to work with. I bought a bunch of shares for fun using only money i can afford to risk. I hope it works out. I won't comment on the CEO because i don't know too much about him but hopefully he can get the company where it needs to go.
