I see you have been in this stock since year 2012. Could you please fill me in with following

1) Why GRPR got DTC chill?
2) what happened to Garcia#3? They were supposed to show production numbers of OIL somewhere in sept 2012? Are they still on to it?
3) What are their current assets?
