I have held a number of OTC stocks that have changed symbols. One took about 6 weeks before I could trade because they required the brokers to return paper certificates. 1-2 weeks has been my usual experience, but I am sure others are more knowledgeable/experienced than I.
What puzzles me is the fact that there has been trading; albeit, low volume. Fortunately it has moved upward on the low volume. You can check with your broker and they might be able to give you an idea on when you can trade.
