400 shares drop the PPS %20. What will 25 million common shares do to CDFT's PPS then? I am not referring to preferred shares that were issued to the common holders for their losses. I am referring to the preferred shares that were paid for services and "assets." I believe those shares will convert very very soon.
Everyone is set in their ways on what they believe is happening and no one will convince them otherwise.
Some believe this will not uplist, so what we see for a pps today is the reality and reflects on actual performance of CDFT.
Those confident in the uplist believe this stock is irrelevant because a new one will be established at the time of the SPO where the underwriters will set the price.
Both sides are brick walls where the same questions get bounced off of back and forth and have no concept of the other sides point of view. Almost one year of this now..........
End of year we will have our answers. I can't wait for this debate to be over and done with.
