HEMP is DEFINITELY a SCAM. No one has been able to address the issues raised:

1) Perlowin converted a small loan of $1.9mm into effectively 1.9 billion shares (<1/10 of a penny per share). This is on top of massive dilution via stock comp for "services"
2) No one has been able to show that there is a real business here. It's not in the sales, that much is clear. 2011 and 2012 sales were each less than $9000, while Q1-13 was just $433K (and a big loss). Most of these related companies appear fake (Ferris Holdings and BioSwan)
3) No one has shown a single product offered by HEMP that has any sort of medical claim that can be substantiated. For instance, are there any products which can point to a level of CBD?
4) What happened to KUSH deal? How is CleanPath deal legitimate?

Bottom-line: HEMP has no real operations, no money, no sales, nothing but massive stock dilution to enrich Perlowin, who has signed off on disclosures that detail how he pulls money out of the company through preferred stock converted to common stock so that he can sell it and reap millions of dollars.

HEMP most definatly is a scam. The DEA is a reality. Perlowin is making money for Perlowin, would that be called a short position?? Hemp the plant is wonderful, HEMP the stinky pinky stock share selling insider enrichment scheme is a scam.
