So far so good, the flapper is having trouble going down while fan is not blowing, trying to fix that so water does not flow 24 hours. It does come with two washers to offset the balance/weight but can't seem to get good placement. May have to use my own counter weight to ensure the flapper closes all the way. Once I figure that part out I will be really excited.
