audit seems to be more important to HHSE critics than shareholders...It's meaningless to me since I trust management numbers to be correct, thus I'm here...

HHSE

Interesting point Spngwealth!

Anyone who believes that the CEO is releasing false revenue and income numbers for 13 quarters, should definitely not invest in HHSE stock.

While an audit would be nice, I wouldn't have invested a dime here if I didn't think the revenue/income reports from HHSE were basically correct.
In addition, there are plenty of penalties in the law, both civil and criminal, that could be imposed on a CEO who was issuing materially false/misleading financial reports.

We can all see and touch the real products coming from HHSE, and we know that they are expanding the number and types of products. There will always be some items a company doesn't or can't execute, but HHSE has been executing on a lot of deals lately. That's what counts!

You're fooling yourself if you think an audit and subsequent uplist doesn't matter for any stock. SP/MC can only go so high w/o it.
From what I've heard it's important to the CEO and will be done in the coming months.
