It is possible down the road but unless MJNA shows exceptional growth in all sectors, those numbers are a little optimistic. Even with $155m in revenue as projected for 2014, that market cap is pretty high.

MJNA has a lot of potential. Their involvement in hemp and nutraceuticals could reap enormous benefits. While some folks like to dwell on the fact that MJNA does not participate in the THC sector (the area that is currently making all the money), the real money could be in the industrial application of hemp and cannabis.
