LTT, the 10k is an annual report and is only produced once each year so the next 10k after this one would be due in August of 2014.

Mike, when is the next 10k after this one? What if this one gonna to disappoint again? :(

Since the last report showed indications of small operational revenue I would be very surprised if we are disappointed in a few weeks...I think with summer over and 10K coming Raoul will finally be ready to go with the summer doldrums behind us and the market ready to go in the fall....imho.....also curious regarding the "silent period" we are currently in with nothing since May......wonder if he has been talking to some bigger companies????

I assume you mean the quarterly report. The good news is that's only about (6) weeks away from the annual report coming out. Around the 15th-17th of October.

I think the only "disappointment" we might anticipate is the earnings may trail sales due to an agreed upon timeframe (e.g. 30-60-90 day payment plan) and not be booked until this quarter,imo.
