Playboys suits border frivolous, this warrant compensury damages. The lawyers are the only ones that have benefited, yet CIRC has been held at bay from growing its business model while these cases have been heard. Note that the market cap is only 1/3 of the enterprise value. If , as I believe, damages are awarded I fully expect them passed on as a divvy and buyback, 50/50. imo, of course.
