Trade King limits what you can trade. I transferred mine to Etrade & haven't had a problem.

You can buy with uncleared funds but if you sell, you may have your account frozen for 90 days. It's like that with any account, as far as I know, unless you have a margin account.

There are some companies that let you get a margin account with a balance less than the $25k that Etrade requires.
