Yes APPARENTLY a MOA-MOASS is suppose to be happening.
Given Asher was supposedly caught redhanded shorting shares that were due to be converted and the company tried to trick them and paid off one of their notes to force them to cover AND the Float of over a billion shares has apparently been locked up.
