If they have 15 million in liabilities and their getting 15 million from the stalking horse bidder, any action that brings other bidders over 15 million could be recovered by the stockholders. What if there is a bidding war because the technology is attractive to more than one party??? For every $780k bid over 15 MM may result in a 10 cent recovery per share to the shareholders. May not be worth giving away just yet!!
