They actually had net Operating Income but it was taken out by the loss on derivatives. I admit...I have no idea what those are but would assume they have investments that they are valuing at market...and the market it falling.

Anyone else see anything positive about the 514k net operating income?

anyone think a growth of income of 262%. is NOT going to perk up some ears? LOL Buyer in the wings?

There are some VERY large Tecs would have a TON of cash and this may not be a bad little number to add to there portfolio IMHO let's ------->
